Not yet (have not made it that far in my reinstall) - Jesse's advice of
unpacking the archive into "C:\sdk\" and then moving it where you want
will work. I am going to try a couple of options (Winzip, Winrar etc..
maybe even unzip).

I've Windows XP Proffesional installed on my machine and the
filesystem if NTFS.
