Re: [udig-devel] svn source handling

Hi,

FYI. trunk is not the 1.1 development stream. You are welcome to work there but it is not as stable as working on http:// svn.geotools.org/udig/branches/1.1.x/udig. So if you are looking to create plugins for a stable platform then you may want to checkout 1.1.x instead. However the source code should be quite close if you just want to browse through the code.

Hi Andrea,

I had similar problem as you recently. This tutorial helped me (tutorial for trunk build - not SDK):

I have a question about how to handle the code of udig, I mean the sdk. For the plugin development it is ok to add the sdk in the preferences,
but what if I want to browse some code just for fun? :)

Should I checkout the trunc and create a java project? Or should I
create for every plugin a plugin-project, filling up completely my
package explorer by doing so?

Thanks,
Andrea
