Layers view is not accurate with regards to MultiLayerRenderer's and Mylar.

If a layer is a layer that can be part of a multilayer renderer and mylar is on then the layers view is not accurate as it does not show all the layers as "on" that are part of the entire renderer.

For example if a there are 2 WMS layers that are together (will be part of the same WMS request).  If either one is selected then both are drawn at full transparency but the layers view shows that only 1 layer is (the currently selected one)
