[udig-devel] Small rendering issue in uDig

Hi developers,

There's one rendering problem I noted some time ago. Using a shapefile of BC
(bc_2m_border.shp), if I pan the map so that its south east edge is well
outside the map, it doesn't draw the long sourthern Canadian border at all,
although most of the line should be visible.
