[udig-devel] Indexed shapefile

I've changed the catalog shapefile plugin to use the index shapefile.
It *is* buggy, but the only way we will ever be able to use it is by
finding and fixing the bugs.  So please add JIRA's for all the bugs you
find.

I will have to make some minor changes to the shapefile renderer so
please bear with the slow rendering for the next day or so.

Note: this only applies to trunk.
