[udig-devel] Some problems found while reviewing SVN Head

Sorry that last mail was not very clear:
Hi
I repeated the test and found the same problems *.tif , *.xml,
*.gml,*.jpg, *.png all give a "No resources found error in the layer
Selection dialog when attempting to open via layer, add, files, next,
route; same occurs when using dnd.
Attempting to open a os mastermap or geobase xml/gml file gives a "A
connection error has occurred." msg. plus the following in the dialog.
java.lang.NullPointerException
at
net.refractions.udig.catalog.internal.shp.ShpServiceImpl.members(ShpServiceImpl.java:112)
at
net.refractions.udig.catalog.internal.ui.ConnectionPage$1.run(ConnectionPage.java:132)
at
org.eclipse.jface.operation.ModalContext.runInCurrentThread(ModalContext.java:346)
no extra info in log
Is this on screen exception reporting a uDig thing or Eclipse? can it
be turned off, good for debugging but does not do much for user
confidence, next best thing to a near death experience in an demo or
exhibition.
Perhapse I'm missing something here do I have to enable or build
something to get this functionality?
All test files were validated before use and can be obtained from
Geobase.org or <http://www.emapsite.com/downloads/samples.asp>
