Opacity ignored by feature styler.
- Open bc_lakes
- open bc_elections_2000
- right click on bc_elections select Style Layer
- set the fill opacity to 100.
- press apply button.
  Nothing changes
- Select bc_elections_2000 again
  Opacity is set to 50 again.
