[udig-devel] BBox cut-offset

okay, not to be-labour the point, but this is also the cause of another
bug I reported earlier; which was sometimes the edges of polygons were
not being drawn.

See attached picture.  The missing 2 lines must be "just" outside the
requested bounding box.  If I add another layer to the WMS request, the
polygons get drawn correctly (because the request rectangle is larger -
ie. the full extent of the view).
