Eclipse 3.1 M6 is finally here ...

I am downloading it now, but just looking over that eclipse-news-all 
link I see lots to like. It seems like browser support is available as a 
first class operation. Right now we embed the browser for the Info tool 
ourselves.

We will all need to review this release, just as we did the last one. 
All feedback is helpful, and will indeed decided what we do. M5 cost us 
about a a week, lets hope M6 is easier to take.
