Hi Bart,

Thanks for the bug reports. I don't think we ran into the WMS one 
because we usually just cut and paste (or drag and drop in my case :).

I have created JIRA tasks for two of those you found:

I am unable to duplicate this bug.. using the URL 
"http://www.vz.geodan.nl:1111/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms4w/apps/general/map/world.map&";. 
Works okay for me. Maybe something was fixed after the release. Note 
that it does find both a WMS and a WFS.
