Re: [udig-devel] Site Stability M5a Move etc

Hi
I'm sorry to say are paths will be diverging, M5a is to big a risk in its present state, and a required logon to a site that has trouble keeping body and soul together is not a possibility. Many thanks for the introduction to GIS and the best of luck with the project.

I am not sure I understand? If you refer to the confluence website being down often we are taking action. The M5a question was discussed on the email list all last week - I would of appricated you input at that time as it would of weighed strongly in our decision making process.

One thing I have considered and will try later today, is importing the M5a RCP into my workspace, allowing me to develop using the Eclipse M4 IDE and work on UDIG as a M5a RCP application.

Note this same approach could be used to develop using Eclipse 3.0.1 if successful. Hope to hear from you again,
Jody Garnett
