Hi Tom - thanks for your interest. The owner of the geotools.org domain
is having a bit of trouble. Here is the current workaround:

Modify your hosts file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or
\etc\hosts) to include the following entry:

64.40.101.106 svn.geotools.org

We appologize any difficulties this has caused.
