[udig-devel] Plugin Developer Guide updated

The developers guide 
(http://docs.codehaus.org/display/UDIG/Developers+Guide) has recieved a 
fairly hefty update over the last week as we sort the plug-in facilities.

- Unsure exactly how Images are supposed to be handled with respect to 
ILabelProvider.getImage(Object element) as implemented by a view

- I am unable to get it recognize my context file (Despite understanding 
how the context sensitive help is supposed to work)

I have been able to go through my list of questions w/ Respect to Plug-ins:
- Internationalization Support - ResouceBundle
- Help - Online Help, Context Sensitive, Dyanmic
- Icons - ImageDescriptors, ISharedImages
- Feature - configuration of download site for extended application

- RCP - subset of eclipse plug-ins that are included as part of the RCP
