[technology-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Andrea A

Voting will close on 2024-07-17 for the Committer election of Andrea Aime on
project Eclipse ImageN (technology.imagen).

Criteria:

Andrea is a well respected leader in the geospatial free and open source
community who joins the ImageN project from the JAI-Ext project.

Andrea has outlined a roadmap for integrating JAI-Ext with the ImageN roadmap
and I would like to nominate him for commit access to help stabilize this
codebase (he brings a wealth of experience on this topic) and work towards a
unified roadmap.

It is my pleasure to nominate Andrea Aime and I look forward to working with
him on ImageN.
