I've dropped a couple of messages on the eclipse.org-committers list, but certainly not enough.

The challenge is that the process is still evolving, so I've been spending most of my time working one-on-one with projects as they submit their IP Logs for review.

I'll make a point of broader dissemination in the new year.

Consider the issue raised with the EMO.
