[sw360-dev] Query on sw360 and fossology connection setup

Dear Team,

 

I have completed the sw360 docker setup and fossology vagrant setup on 2 different host machines. Now, I'm trying to setup the connection between sw360 and fossology.

* Found the below document to establish connection between sw360 & fossology. Ref: https://github.com/sw360/sw360portal/wiki/Deploy-FOSSology

 

Query_1: We have 'create key pair' section in the above document, I have confusion that where to create key pair? Is it in sw360 host machine? sw360 inside docker? fossology host machine? fossology inside vagrant?

Query_2: And we have 'On the server on which FOSSology runs' section in the above document, In my case from where I have to collect '/vagrant/sw360ssh/authorized_keys' ? Is it from sw360 host machine? sw360 inside docker? fossology host machine? fossology inside vagrant?

Query_3: Do we need sw360 docker and fossology vagrant should run on same network?

 Query_3_Example: If suppose sw360 docker is running on host ip 192.168.1.xx and fossology server vagrant is running on host ip 192.168.1.yy.

 * I can see local host 127.0.0.1  details are in 'fossology.properties' and 'configuration.yml' but  How can I tell to sw360 server that fossology vagrant is running on 192.168.1.yy host?
