Hi,

As we discussed in today’s telco there is a process to follow in order to prepare a proper release for Eclipse projects. The process itself is described here

Basically, I think we need to prepare a release documentation here

https://projects.eclipse.org/node/11052/create-release

and send this to the PMC.

and an iplog at the iplog generator here:

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.sw360/iplog/preview

which will be sent to the ip team for review.
