Hi folks,

I am now able to copy the complete repository (issues, prs, projects, labels etc.) to my repository.

Here you can see the result:

The origin problem was the rate-limit.

I added a sleep to the python migration script.

After cleanup of the eclipse/sw360 project (remove the current issues, Michael already wrote an support ticket)

I will run the migration script.
