[sw360-dev] We finally made it: initial commit is in Eclipse repo

We have now the code in the official eclipse repo

From now on we will work in the official repo. Part of that will be following the Eclipse best practices.

Most prominently Eclipse expects a certain format of commits. Check out this entry here: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#resources-commit

Interesting for us:

	1.      The email address of the author must match the email address on the Eclipse Foundation Account.
	2.      Non-committers must use the signed-off field and have an Eclipse account
