I wonder why there is no CHANGELOG.md in
https://github.com/sw360/sw360portal -- Format proposed by
http://www.keepachangelog.com/ - Unfortunately different headings than
you chose. Unsure whether it makes sense to use a common format (which
is not a perfect fit, but commonly used) or to use a custom format.
