[sumo-user] terminate a simulation when halt time exceeds a value with T

Hi all,

Just as the title suggests, is there a way to end simulations based on this condition, or any other like a vehicle jam or collision?

Additionally, is there a way to notify the user of a "failed" and "successful" end of simulation?
