[sumo-user] Vehicle Refused to Overtake Stopped Vehicles

Hi,

I tried creating a few dummy vehicles at the side of the roads to mock a blockage. These dummies are highlighted in purple, as seen in the attachment.

However, other vehicles (in yellow) refused to overtake these parked vehicles. Is there any way to work around this?
