Yes. Add options "--fcd-output", "fcd.xml" to your traci.start() command. To obtain TRJ, see https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Tools/TraceExporter.html

Can sumo get the vehicle trajectory after the control is applied with Traci? As far as I know, you can get the track file (TRJ) running out of the default configuration file.
