I would like to generate around 2000 vehicles per hour to validate the capacity of a road with SUMO. According to the HCM Guide (and the Fundamental  Diagram), the capacity of a road is approximately 2000 veh / h / lane. If this number is exceeded, slowdown and congestion are expected to occur.

Is it possible to see this phenomenon in SUMO-GUI when this threshold is reached during a simulation ?
