No. I would guess that the actuated programs was not configured as intended so that both were working as static programs.

Can you post the program definitions that were used in either case and the option used to load them?

- with static traffic light programs
- with actuated traff light programs

He noticed that the output numbers for running and waiting vehicles is (for
both scenarios) exactly the same. Is this a typical behavior, even with
making a difference between static and actuated?
