[sumo-user] Traffic light (actuated) - Output

Hello,

my colleague did 2 scenarios of simulations:
- with static traffic light programs
- with actuated traff light programs

He noticed that the output numbers for running and waiting vehicles is (for
both scenarios) exactly the same. Is this a typical behavior, even with
making a difference between static and actuated?
