The vehicle tries to avoid the vehicle ahead due to the  'speed gain' motivation. You could disable this with another value for setLaneChangeMode.

I want to park two vehicles next to each other on the side of the road. 
However, the rear vehicle wants to avoid the parking vehicle in front and changes its sub-lane by itself. I can't park the behind vehicle on the desired sub-lane

I set 'LaneChangeMode'  is 1617, I also tried other values in order to solve this problem
But it can only keep the vehicle in the middle of edge. It can't be the same as the vehicle in front
