as pointed earlier, jmTlStartupDelay is not yet implemented. Also, this will not affect stopping distance but rather stopping duration.

The default offset for stopping at a traffic light is 1m. You can change this by setting vType paramter jmStoplineGap.

I set jmTLStartupDelay to 60, and the stopoffset is set to 1. But in the simulation, the distance from the stop line remains unchanged when the vehicle encounters a red light.
