[sumo-user] [SUMO 1_7_0][ERROR]

I know it is a dummy question but last week I moved from sumo version 0.32.0 to 1.7.0. Right now I'm having troubles using some (or any) .exe.

As example with netconvert.exe I have the same issue. Did I miss something in the settings? I'm having the same trouble also with *.sumocfg but there deleting in .xml file the lookup web link everything worked perfectly.
How can i solve this problem?
