1) There is currently no per-vehicle record of waiting time at traffic lights but you could use E2 detectors coupled to a traffic light to detect waiting time for all vehicles waiting at a traffic light in a particular phase: https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Output/Traffic_Lights.html#coupled_lane_area_detectors

might for the output XML of vehicles or use traci?  Is there an easy way? Vehicle output files might too large for larger traffic system,

3） Does the edge-based travel time in edgedata.xml including the waiting time before the intersection with traffic lights?
