Hi Abdullah,
it is hard to tell from the route file only, we need the net to
reproduce. Maybe the starting edge is jshort so that no more vehicles
can be inserted. Also speeding up will still be subject to the safety
constraints and to the max speed of lane and/or vehicle. You may have to
modify those as well either by reducing tau and mingap and/or by
modifying maxspeeds and speed mode.
