If you set departPosLat="1.6" the vehicle will depart with its centerline on the border between the departure lane and the left neighbor lane. for departPosLat="-1.6" it is the right border (assuming default lane width of 3.2).

the departure lane at which the vehicle shall enter the net". I want the
vehicle to go between two adjacent lanes. I was wondering to know whether
there are some ways to do that.
