[sumo-user] Disabling lane changing

Hi,

I intend to disable lane change mode in order to prevent vehicles form lane
changing. I wrote a code in Python as following. However, it gives me this
error "AttributeError: module 'traci' has no attribute 'Vehicle'". Please
find attached the screenshots of code and error.
