Does it indicate that a public transport line (or route) with id named "bus" whose sequence of stops are defined by route named "busRoute".  
The frequency of this line is 300 seconds or 5 minutes per hour, that is in every 5 minutes there will be one vehicle for this line. 
However, the service stops at 801 seconds from the simulation time, it means that there will be only two vehicles started for this line.
