Dear friends and users,

just one minor addendum. Now that the release and its IP log areofficially Eclipse

approved, Eclipse SUMO is also available under a secondary license:

the General Public License v2 or later. For most of you this won'tchange anythingsince the Eclipse Public License v2 stays the primary license but justin case you

need to bundle / link SUMO with some GPL code you are now free to do so.
Thanks to everyone who helped us with the relicensing process!
