[sumo-user] Problems with Hello World Turorial

Hello,
I've tried to follow the Hello World Turorial with netedit 1.3.1 and
SUMO GUI. I use Ubuntu 19.04.

Everything seems to work exactly as shown in the tuorial, but when I
start the simulation with a delay of 80ms, I immediatly get the
response:
"Simulation ended at time: 0.00.
Reason: All vehicles have left the simulation.
Do you want to close all open files and views?"

Do you have any suggestions what I can try to resolve this?
