Make sure that the file 'cross.sumocfg' resides in the path indicated in the sumo-gui error message.

HI.. I want to generate velocity profile in matlab using traci4matlab. I have
already setup the environment and added traci4matlab to matlab's path. But
when i run the script traci_test2.m found in traci4matlab example, sumo is
opening but it shows error. I am attaching the pictures of error shown in

I would be very much grateful if anyone helps me in solving my error and
give me some idea how to generate velocity profile in matlab using
