If they share the same space then they should drive on the same lane (with permissions adapted for both modes). Using the same busstop then follows naturally.
This network model runs counter to how many OSM contributors do it so you'll have to fix this manually.

I have to simulate a road, where at a part the tram shares space with the vehicles and busses. I do not simulate persons, only vehicles.

The tram could stop at the same busStop as the busses do. Even if in the same time both tram and buss arrives, they could exchange passengers. The simulation space is downloaded from OSM, the generated network contains separate edges for road vehicles (passenger cars and busses) and a separate edge for the tram.
