So, in case I use the flows I sent you, could you please confirm that when, for example, I define the flow id 2 (from=“3"to=“4” vehsPerHour=“200”)
it means that these vehicles run only in the specific edges. That is to say, that they don’t insert the network from the beginning (i.e. edge 1), right?
