Hi Jane,
sorry I thought you were referring to the fcd output. I agree that the
values in the stop output and in the input should match, I opened a
ticket https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/4754. The delay of -1 only
means an invalid value here and shuld not be used for calculation.
Furthermore an additional stop is expected to delay the whole simulation
for more than the stop duration beacuse the vehicle needs to decelerate
and accelerate.
