Hello,

I am currently working on calibrating the Lane-Changing Model for a project. Specifically, I am looking at tactical lane changes. I am looking into how the 'SpeedGainProbability' is calculated, specifically how the 'expected speed of the left lane (v)' and 'expected speed of current lane (u)' are calculated. This would help greatly with my project.
