Hello Jane,

your first screenshot shows the issue list. Every issue gets its ID. In your second screenshot you see the last commit message which effected the marked directory. SUMO developers at DLR usually note the issue ID in commits related to the problem described there. In Github, you can have a comparative view of code changes for each commit.
