Dear Jane Cheung,
if you just want to know the arrival speed and time you are better off
using the tripinfo output. If you insist on parsing the file you will
need to do some programming and just check in every timestep whether
carRight.0 is still there, keep the info and the first timestep it
disappeared you can be sure it arrived.
