I notice the same thing and suspect our hosting provider has issues again.

Please refer to the backup documentation at http://sumo.sourceforge.net/userdoc/ which is synchronized with the wiki.

It's taking me forever to see the wiki sites. The connection seems established but the "waiting for.." is never gone.
