Thank you so much for providing me with the link and guiding me through.
I used the sumo in git repos : "Eclipse SUMO Version c310b0ad15"
I found the streets much better, thanks once again, some wrong traffic lights which I guess can be because of wrong locations in OSM, but easy to fix with netedit, and very few wrong joints. I have attached three screenshots for your consideration.

Also, I strongly recommend upgrading to the latest development version as it contains a number of improvements in regard to joining junctions and computing their shape.

Hello there,
Driving in my city is on the left hand and I noticed some issues with the network structure (e.g. Traffic light placements, junctions), and they are too much to be fixed manually, although I may do that as the last option. Is there any option to enhance the topology? I have used v32 for building the road network. Please see below some screenshots.
