[sumo-user] Left-hand network

Hello there, 
Driving in my city is on the left hand and I noticed some issues with the network structure (e.g. Traffic light placements, junctions),  and they are too much to be fixed manually, although I may do that as the last option. Is there any option to enhance the topology? I have used v32 for building the road network. Please see below some screenshots.
