[sumo-user] add vehicle doesn't appear

Hello:

       I create a simple 5 lane edge, there is a strange phenomenon

 

       When I add a new vehicle with high speed like 40m/s, it doesn’t appear immediately, but appear with a low speed. I’m very sure that the palce is safe which can not take colliding .

       So is there any security check? And how to shut down it when I’m very sure that add a new vehicle will not lead to collision.
