Yes.
Best regards,

Thank you Michael.
So, just to confirm again the following: the emission curves and
factors that exist in the PHEMLight database do not depend on these
values (vehicle mass/loading), right?

Natalia

Hi Natalia,
I never tried myself but yes you should get different result if you
change those values. The loading represents the additional mass added
via the driver itself, the passengers and the luggage etc. Just
telling
from the code there seems to be a part of the rotational energy which
just depends on the emtpy vehicle mass, that's why the two values are
separated. For details I think you must read the relevant publications
on PHEMlight.

Hello,
I would like to ask if it is possible to change the vehicle mass or
loading in the .veh files of the PHEMLight database without changing
the emission factors and curves that exist in the database. That is
to say, if I change the value of the vehicle mass/loading (e.g. in
PC_G_EU4_PHEMLight.veh) , will I get different emission results
(considering that the emission curves will remain the same).
Also, what does the vehicle loading represent?
thank you,
Regards,
Natalia
