Here are my talking points for our alignment session next week Tuesday – what’s top of my mind at the moment are two things:
- How/what activities and artifacts can we generate that will actually be helpful/impactful to get the SDV group towards the tech ecosystem vision?
- How can we get traffic, input, participation from the tech group to drive these activities?
An idea that I’ve had, and which I’ll put up for discussion next week:
- Elaborate/detail/evolve the concerns we’ve written down last time
- For each of the concerns, come up with 1 or 2 simple but bespoke use cases
- Draw a tech stack how we might use Eclipse SDV (and other useful) components to realize these use cases
- Pull together these use case – derived stack diagrams into one tech ecosystem style view (where we’d have diversity on individual positions in the stack, but hopefully
a larger emerging pattern that might guide our understanding of what “SDV” actually looks like)
So the agenda proposal for next week:
- Quick sounding/date-finding session for the SDV scoping breakout group, which would e.g. work towards the above target (but see next item)
- Explanation and discussion about the idea above - *please*, any other or additional inputs you have, reply to this/put it in Slack/bring it to the meeting!
