[science-pmc] Request assistance for Eclipse ChemClipse

Hi folks,

discussion regarding Eclipse ChemClipse:
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/science.chemclipse

I'd like to move the ChemClipse source code from the Eclipse servers to GitHub:
https://github.com/eclipse/chemclipse

Why?

A) It's easier to fork the code
B) It's easier to create Pull Requests instead of using Gerrit
C) It's easier to get contributors
D) GitHub has a better visibility

I've already made very good experiences using GitHub with Eclipse SWTChart:
https://github.com/eclipse/swtchart

Moreover, ChemClipse consists of various Git repositories:
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/science.chemclipse/developer

That was maybe not the smartest idea at that time. Hence, I'd like to merge and harmonize the repos into one repository, see point A).

Do you see any obstacles in doing it?
Do I have to create a CQ or shall I create a ticket, that I'd like to harmonize and migrate code to the Eclipse GitHub account?

Best,
Philip
